MCT's dedication to performing precision work within strict tolerances has enabled the company to win contracts from the Department of Defense (DoD).  MCT has supplied retrofit kits for the M-1 Abrams Tank and the M-113 family of Armored Personnel Carriers to the Army, Aircraft Towbars, and Full Thrust Aircraft Tiedowns to the Navy, and Aircraft Engine Transport Trailers and Universal Service Platforms to the Air Force.    MCT also provides full logistics support, including spare parts provisioning, drawings, and complete Technical and Operations manuals (TOs). Through projects like these, we have earned a high level of confidence with many government agencies.

 

UMS retracted UMS Extended UMS Lateral Motion

MCT Industries manufactures a heavy duty, split-deck Universal Service Platform (USP) in both diesel engine and a battery powered models. The USP supports a deck height of 36-feet and a forward extension of 8-feet. It features a split-deck which allows simultaneous work on two sides of vertical structures. The US Air Force utilizes the USP for servicing their C-5, B-1B, E-3A AWACS, B-2, and C-17 aircraft. 

The USP is very effective in construction and maintenance of large open structures such as hangars and industrial areas.  The USP is available to government buyers through the GSA Federal Supply Schedule for Work and Service Platforms and to all buyers through direct sales from MCT.

The US Air Force has deployed worldwide the MCT designed and fabricated 10,000lb capacity Model 3000E Aircraft Engine Transport Trailer. This trailer is used by General Electric and Pratt & Whitney as part of their FMS Engine packages.  The trailer is used for the transport of aircraft engines and large airframe components.  MCT also fabricates the NET-4 model of Aircraft Engine Transport Trailer that is used by the US Navy.  For pricing and availability, contact MCT sales.
