MCT Welding Welding Capabilities

MCT Industries offers a wide variety of welding capabilities to meet customer requirements.  We offer flux core arc, MIG, and TIG welding along with automated welding wire feed and plasma cutting.

MCT Industries is capable of welding Aluminum, Aluminum alloys, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, and alloys. MCT welders use a variety of welding processes and meet the requirements of several specifications, such as AWS D1.1, AWS D1.2, D1.3, MIL-STD-1595A, and MIL-STD-2219.

MCT Machining  Machining Capabilities

MCT Industries offers the latest generation of CNC machines and programming capabilities.  Using a variety of engineering software tools, programmers within MCT's machining division can insure machined tolerances and compatibility with customer hardware and software requirements.  All tooling, jigs, and fixtures are designed and manufactured in-house, assuring conformance to customer tolerances and maximizing production efficiency.

MCT Brake and Press Manufacturing and Fabrication Capabilities

MCT Industries' facilities consist of more than 170,000 square feet of manufacturing space for machine shop services, repair and service work, and specialized commercial and Government fabrication contract work.

MCT Industries focuses on welding, metal fabrication and brake capabilities spanning up to 24 feet and 660 ton capacity. Stamping machines and laser cutting equipment provide faster, cost-effective, and efficient manufacturing methods.

MCT CAD Support Engineering Specifications

MCT Industries complies with a variety of engineering specifications including configuration management, production management, reliability testing, logistics support, and environmental testing.

MCT Industries is capable of supporting and interfacing with various CNC and CAD software packages for compliance with customer requirements.
